I am a teacher and researcher, specializing in climate change and glaciers. My background is mostly in Geography, although I have also focused on satellite remote sensing, snow and ice, and climate. I am presently preparing for my preliminary exams in order to complete my Ph.D. in Geography at Florida State University. Then I just need to write my dissertation. I can't wait to be PhinisheD!

I pride myself in my wonderful family. I have a wife, daughter, son and dog, as well as extended family all over the U.S. (and abroad). I also practice Shao-Lin Kung-Fu, Tai Chi, and Qi Gung.
