The covers are mostly in PDF format, with separate files for the folded cover, which can easily hold a CD inside. Be sure to download the Cover and the Tray.

When printing, be sure that "Page Scaling" is set to "None", or that "Fit to Page" is OFF. In other words, print the covers at their original size.
