		<description>You only need to look at the historical evidence of iPhone apps over the last three years.  It is not uncommon for developers to charge for an upgraded version of an app or even one that has been upgraded to take advantage of the new features of an iPhone OS upgrade.  If I recall correctly, there was no discount to upgrade from the previous version to Tweetie 2 and I don&#039;t even see the previous version in the App Store now.  This may actually be a corner case, but it&#039;s the first to come to my mind and is possibly the most popular Twitter client on the iPhone.</description>
